America's Home Rescue is excited to offer this unique, one-of-a-kind, online resource for Real Estate Professionals. This discussion forum is intended ONLY for use by Real Estate Agents who have an active real estate license to sell real estate and who are actively working Short Sales. Too many Agents across America have been to a class on Short Sales and have left wondering why they went to the class in the first place or they question their ability to facilitate a Short Sale because they are seriously confused and were fed all the wrong information... or no information at all! The purpose of this discussion forum is to provide back-end support and to give Real Estate Agents the opportunity to get their Short Sale questions answered by experienced Short Sale Specialists trained by America's Home Rescue who have been chosen to co-moderate this forum. If you are here to complain about banks and other lending institutions, this is not the forum for you. In due time, especially with the help of America's Home Rescue, most lenders will catch up from the backlog of Short Sale requests, but this forum is primarily intended to give Real Estate Agents the opportunity to get help and guidance in their Short Sale transactions.

Let's face it, working a Short Sale from a Real Estate Agent's perspective is different then working them from an investors perspective. If you are here to discuss tactics for working Short Sales and earning profits, not in the form of a real estate commission, this forum isn't for you.

As a bonus feature to this forum, we are giving you, the Real Estate Agent, the opportunity to network with other members of this forum about your Short Sale listings and referrals. We realize that you may not have the confidence and/or experience to navigate the Short Sale process for your own listings. In this forum, we want to give you the opportunity to ask other Agents for help with your Short Sales, whether you're the Listing Agent or the Buyer's Agent. In addition, we also want to give you, the Agent, the opportunity to generate referrals and, furthermore, build a great and profitable business in Short Sales.
