I am sitting in your class in MD on 3-13-09. I just re-ran the ss calculator that I purchased from you in Sept at the MAR convention. I am still getting a wacky answer that is $4400 +/_ when maybe the calculation means $440,000. Also, this calculation is being done off the mortgage balance.
